All booking cancellations or re-scheduling more than 48 hours prior to the course will incur a $20.00 fee.

Bookings can be made as early as 90 days in advance, but no later than 48 hours prior to the face to face practical session. All online course work must be completed prior to attending the face to face session. If the online component is not completed and correct you will not be able to enter the practical session and no refund will be given. 

In cases where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or re-schedule is provided, 50% of the course fee may be charged. For no shows, the full amount of the course will be charged.

For instant mistake booking we will re-schedule or refund may be applied.

In the rare event that Armoured Health cancels the service due to no fault of the customer, a full refund or alternative date will be given.

We will not disclose customer personal information to any 3rd parties.
